Each section has its own balanced programme of activities, badges and awards.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a title=\"Beavers\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bunburyscoutgroup.org.uk\/?page_id=116\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"section_links alignleft wp-image-272\" src=\"http:\/\/www.bunburyscoutgroup.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/beaverlogo_3col-300x192.jpg\" alt=\"beaverlogo_3col\" width=\"155\" height=\"99\" \/><\/a><strong>Beavers (6\u20138)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Beaver Scouts are our youngest members. They usually meet weekly to take part in a wide range of activities including games, crafts, singing, visits and good turns, along with plenty of outdoor activities. They will also have the opportunity to take part in the fun and excitement of camps and sleepovers. It may be the first time they spend a night away from home so it\u2019s a real adventure for them.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a title=\"Cubs\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bunburyscoutgroup.org.uk\/?page_id=123\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"section_links alignleft wp-image-271\" src=\"http:\/\/www.bunburyscoutgroup.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/cubs-300x113.jpg\" alt=\"cubs\" width=\"159\" height=\"60\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.bunburyscoutgroup.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/cubs-300x113.jpg 300w, http:\/\/www.bunburyscoutgroup.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/cubs.jpg 606w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 159px) 100vw, 159px\" \/><\/a><strong>Cubs (8-10\u00bd)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A Cub Scout Pack can have up to 36 Cub Scouts and is split into smaller groups called Sixes. Cubs take part in a wide range of activities designed to be interesting and challenging. A Cub Scout meeting consists of games and activities with plenty of time spent outdoors. Outdoor activities feature prominently, with the highlight being camping. Throughout the year, Scouts learn various skills, such as map reading, camp cooking and first aid in preparation for camp. Rock climbing, potholing, gliding, photography and international experiences are just some of the things they get up to.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a title=\"Explorers\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bunburyscoutgroup.org.uk\/?page_id=134\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"section_links alignleft wp-image-269\" src=\"http:\/\/www.bunburyscoutgroup.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/explorer-300x150.jpg\" alt=\"explorer\" width=\"164\" height=\"82\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.bunburyscoutgroup.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/explorer-300x150.jpg 300w, http:\/\/www.bunburyscoutgroup.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/explorer-1024x512.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/www.bunburyscoutgroup.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/explorer-718x360.jpg 718w, http:\/\/www.bunburyscoutgroup.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/explorer.jpg 1378w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 164px) 100vw, 164px\" \/><\/a><strong>Explorer Scouts (14\u201318)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Explorers are encouraged to lead themselves in deciding the programme and direction of the Unit, with support and guidance from leaders. The section also includes the Young Leaders\u2019 Scheme, where young people are able to take on a leadership role in one of the younger sections. There is wider scope for activities like offshore sailing, campaigning, performing, parascending, mountaineering and expeditions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cheshirescouts.org.uk\/join\/aged-6-25-years\/scout-network.aspx\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"section_links alignleft wp-image-285\" src=\"http:\/\/www.bunburyscoutgroup.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/sn-bl-pos_009-300x61.gif\" alt=\"sn-bl-pos_009\" width=\"167\" height=\"34\" \/><\/a><strong>Scout Network (18-25) -County Run Section<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Scout Network is the fifth and final section of the Scouting movement. Scout Network members take part in a variety of activities, which they undertake and organise themselves with the support of a Scout Network Leader.
